Inventory of 52 books published by Sánchez Cantón, Libros tapices y cuadros, pp. 39 y 83-85, items: 342-B, 343-348-B and C, 362-B. See also Diego Clemencín, Elogio de la Reina Católica, Doña Isabel (Madrid: Academia de la Historia, 1821), 470-480.
A distinction should be made between this inventory of books "owned by" Queen Isabel and the 1503 inventory of books at the Segovia Alcázar, since the contents of the latter one reflects the adquisitions of previous Castile monarchs. Clemencín wanted to praise Isabel's intellect —main purpose of his Elogio— attributing her the ownership of all the books at the Alcázar; see the inventory in Document 16/1 (1503).

See also items 1, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 13 in the 1503 inventory of the Segovia Alcázar; they are most likely the same six books of polyphony mentioned in this inventory. Of the five books donated by Queen Isabel to the Royal Chapel in Granada which were moved to El Escorial in 1591, only one had polyphony; see Document 16/4 (1591-08-31).
