Metallic boards. Incomplete. It begins with Guerrero's dedication to Pope Gregory XIII (fol. 21 numbered by hand). The first piece is on fol. 21v (Eccle Sacerdos Magnus. Kyrie Eleyson). There are mistakes in the foliation; it lacks fols. 38, 39, 58, 59, 75, 103, 106, 107 and 117. Fol. 74 is not numbered. There are no signs of use.
