According to Ravizza / Towne (2001), 304: "In 1559 he made a living donation of all his goods to S Maria Maggiore [Bergamo] in return for a pension. Three composite choirbooks mostly copied by him are now in the Biblioteca Civica and are the only manuscript sources of Alberti's creative production. Three of his masses were published in partbooks in Venice in 1549. A short motet is reproduced in Giuseppe Belli's portrait of the composer". 

The three masses copied in his Il primo libro delle messe (Venice, 1549) are: Missa Queramus cum pastoribus (5vv); Missa Italia mia (6vv); and Missa Dormend'un giorno (6vv).
