Herreros Díez, Juana
According to Alfonso de Vicente (1989), p. 16, "Juana de Herreros, cantora" (singer), born in Zamora, was professed as a nun in the Monastery of Santa Ana de Ávila in 1706, and she died there in 1752. The second last name ("Díez") is taken from AHN, Clero Regular-Secular, Libro 517, 59v, as seen by María Gembero-Ustárroz.
