Remarks about MS/Print:

This "cuaderno" (notebook) includes 8 anonymous pieces: 6 masses (only one of them polyphonic) and 2 hymns. The manuscript is preserved in the "libros partituras" section of the archive with the signature: Libro Nº 46 Caja ACP 5.183. The only polyphonic piece is a mass ("Misa de vigilia", fols. 20v-23r), also copied in E-PAMc 2 and E-PAMc 3.

Comments:

Only the polyphonic mass included in the manuscript (fols. 20v-23r) will be catalogued in this database, with number 01; it corresponds with number 8 in Ros-Fábregas's catalogue (2006, pp. 377-382), since he listed all the pieces within the source (7 in plainchant before the polyphonic mass).

The eight anonymous pieces within the source (all in plainchant, excepting the last one) are:

1. Misa de San Jorge (Saint George's mass), "Die 23 Aprilis in Festo Sancti Georgii Martiris. Missa",  fols. 1r-3r.
2. Misa de San Roque (Saint Roque's mass), "Die 16 Augusti. In Festo S. Rocchi. Missa", fols. 3r-4v.
3. "Respuestas en canto llano del Te Deum", fols. 4v-6v.
4. "Procesión de los Oleos" ("O Redemptor"), fols. 7r-8r. This piece includes alternative sections for "Dos cantores" (two singers) and "El coro" (the choir"); maybe the sections for two singers  were performed with improvisatory polyphonic techniques.
5. [Misa en las letanías mayores] ("IN LITAN. MAIOR. MISSA"), fols. 8v-10v. It is mentioned as "Misa de rogativas" in Ros-Fábregas, 2006, p. 380.
6. Misa de San Fermín ("IN FESTO S. FIRMINI Epis. et Mart., AD MISSAM"), fols. 11r-14v.
7. Misa de San Saturnino ("IN FESTO S. SATURNINI Epis. et MArt. AD MISSAM"), fols. 14v-16v.
8. "Misa de vigilia" (polyphony, 4 voices, incomplete), fols. 20r-23r.
